hey, my humidor (stores 300 cigars) reads 70 on humidity but a whopping 78 degrees temp. is there anything i can do besides move it from room to room. i have an apartment....thanks guys

Don't get so worried about it.75 degrees is up at the high end,but during the summer all my humidors were in that range,with out any problems

try putting the box on the floor, its cooler down there. beware of the tabacoo beetle, the eggs can hatch above 65 deg.

Some folks will cry foul, but if it's a well made humi you should be fine. If you run your AC, you can put it in front of the vent. When the AC comes on, it will blow cold air and lower the temp inside. When the AC/FAN go off, the temp will begin to rise again, however, since it's sealed and filled with air and cigars, it will take a long time to bring the temp back up. The potential problem is that the conditioned air coming from that vent is very low humidity. Again, if it is a well made humi, it will hold the humidity. You'll have to keep an eye on it.
