I believe it still is Gonz who is the one who moderates and is responsible for what goes up on the 'Picture Post', not just anyone on their staff are allowed to do this ...

... and if I'm not mistaken, for the most part, he is not there on Sundays, and is only there in the mornings on Saturday.
