OK...For quite awhile now I recieve a shipment from cbid every Thursday...on some occassions I am gifted with a box of matches....maybe I'mtoo dense to figure it out but when do we qualify for this addedd bonus from cbid??....anyone figure that one out?? is it when I over-bid? or what??phenix

I usually always get matches with my shipment, but there were none in my last shipment that arrived yesterday. Woe is me.

there is no answer to your question. sometimes you get a box, sometimes you don't.

if you like matches, buy some, and you will never ask aboput matches again.

It seems sporadic,
I have gotten matches, on the shipment of a single cigar, CAO Odyssey. And not recieved them on 2 box shipments. Sometimes, on big orders, other times on small orders. I once got a box of matches, when I returned an item, and was shipped a replacement. Go Figure. But I don't need no stinkin matches, to Love this place.

I got matches the last 3 shipments, but none on the previous 4-5. It's pretty random. Makes it a worthwhile gift.

the question is can randomness be quantified. i for one would suggest randomness is simply a lack of observing or understanding on the part of the observer.

the movie, whose name escapes me, dealt with a deadly virus. the woman who was watching the growths in the petri dish had some problem with blacking out for a moment or 2 and not knowing she had.

if no one beats me to it, i'll post the name of the movie and the author of the story as soon as toby wakes up and tells me.

not one of the scientists knew what petri dish had the really bad stuff and a lot of them died, trying to escape the toxins.

I figured out the cbids match policy

Some smokers get matches some of the time with all their orders. And other smokers get matches all the time with some of their orders. But no smokers can get matches all of the time with all of their orders.

That said, I have not recieved matches with my orders in over 8 months. DOH!

The randomness of inclusion would explain why I get a free Colibri with each of my orders and you guys don't ...
