Anyone have a better solution to the taste left in your mouth the morning after you have a long cigar? So far I have found Listerine the best..
(yeah, I know I will prolly just get used to it.. but I like good breath.. so does Amber.. 🙂

Here's the reality. Bad/dry mouth the morning after smoking cigars is actually a combination of tobacco smoke and dehydration caused by liquor. Solution: Either abstain from hard drinks when smoking or have a glass of soda water - and gargle to remove residue - then hydrate your body with 3-glasses of water prior to bedtime. That should eliminate the problem.

And...

You could brush your teeth every time you get up to pee after drinking those three glasses of water before going to bed!

A couple nights ago I enjoyed an Ashton VSG Torpedo pretty late and then went to bed - then next morning I woke up and could still taste it - I didn't WANT to wash it away!! (although I couldn't figure out why no one would get closer than 3 feet to me all day...)

When you brush your teeth at night make sure to brush your tongue as well.

It helps to brush everything before bed - teeth, tongue, lips, and the roof of your mouth.

All the above sounds great. I've started using a tongue scraper with very good results.

I thought this was going to be about a different "morning after" taste.

BeatDragon has a good point my girlfriend of 6 years couldnt stand the smell then i got her to start lightin up with me and now no more problems, and nothing more sexy than having your girlfriend smoke with ya. Start her out with some flav. smokes mine likes the dream line and now will smoke a La Gloria with me and loves it, but not as much as I when she does it.

Dan.. hell yeah she smokes them with me.. She will smoke anything.. although, she likes the light flavored cigars more.. just bought her a few cojimar the other day.. vanilla I think.. 🙂 they put off a hella good smelling smoke..

buffalo, if she likes the cojimar, you need to get her a few of the Mango flavored ones. My girlfriend loves those. Make sure you keep them out of your humi, though. They gotta be the most potent cigars I've ever smelled.
