First, i got my shipment via USPS Priority TODAY! Normally it ships out Thursday via ups and shows up the following thursday, but this one shipped friday and showed up in the pacific NW Monday! Is there any way i can make sure my orders stick with Priority mail?

Second, i had a small problem with my shipment, and i posted a Customer service request. Do i just check back periodically for a response, or how does that work?

First one I'm not sure about, you could ask Trish I suppose.

Second one, if you have an email address in your profile you'll receive an email. Otherwise check back daily.

It all depends on weight. Less weight=USPS. More weight=UPS. X

Put in a Customer Service request saying you want USPS exclusively. You will get an explanation of the possible exceptions and cost issues. Then, decide if it's good for you and they can mark your account for all future (eligible) shipments.

I went through this, as some will remember.
If you go to Help, then Customer Service, then click on where it says "click here to log into your account and fill out a customer service request form."
Fill out the form, requesting that they send USPS priority and Trish will set you up. She set me up with it anyway. She'll explain tha tsome can't be shipped USPS, like lighters and such, but that wasn't a problem for me. 🙂
All my Cbid packages arrive USPS and get to me in 3-4 days, vs. 7-10 with UPS. I live in Oregon, so I am pretty much in the same situation as you. The cost is approximately the same either way.

If you had a problem and filled out the customer service request form, you will get an e-mail from them. They are pretty good about that. Although a couple times, I got the e-mail the second day after I sent the request.

I got a customer service response already, they took care of it within 24 hours of my message. They sure rn a tight ship around here, great company.

And i usually just order a couple 5 packs per shipment so ill have to post a request for the usps deal. Thanks everyone.
