I wish that was true! I've had three vacations in the last year, totaling 7 days vacation time. (4 of those days were weekend days!) My most recent trip was 24 hours in Dallas for the Big Smoke (plus 12 driving hours). Fun, but short. My job is both good and bad; I can take time off if I really want to, but I make up for it with extra catch-up hours. But I'm not complaining! I get to do smaller fun stuff too, like have lunch with my kids when I want, or volunteer at their school occasionally. One thing I'll probably never get, though, is the dream 2-week vacation. Does anyone do that anymore?
