If TX, it looks like King County...up near the lower right region of the panhandle. If so, it sounds like something they could get away with up there.

No, it's Kern County in California. Yes, Bakersfield. The newly elected sheriff, Mac Wimbish even denied having this done. It's not a Photo Shop job, the decal maker provided the decal as a joke that should have been kept within the department. Mac is a ex-Highway Patrol officier that won against an ex-Sheriff, backed by almost all of the Departments personell,named Steve Perez. They have been after him ever since. The photo was released a few months ago after Mac denied all.

Re: the pic above ... copy it and paste it into Word, then blow it up to 500% and look at the two spots on the car where the "decals" have been added, then tell me it's not a photoshop job ...
