So christmas is just around the corner, and i am in desperate need of a humidor, but i was hoping to get some thoughts on the humidor pictured below...I was just wondering, without seeing it in person, do you think the seals are going to be ok since it is not a standard box type humidor with a single lid? Do you think the drawers will close tight enough like a standard humidor? Also..what about the glass on top...is that alright? My main concern is that it has drawers rather than a single tight closing lid. But i really like what this looks like. Cbid calls this the Napoleon humidor...anyone have it? Thoughts?

I have one that I paid $85.00 for. It's a 250ct, the seals work great. I use a Oshkosh humidifier in it.

rudy...does yours look simmilar to this or have drawers like this?

My father has the Napolean (that he got here on C-Bid) it holds 75 smokes tops and it doesn't regulate humidity very well. I don't like "glass top" humis but I DO like the drawer style. There are other drawer style humis that work much better.

gvlagos...The one that i got at eBxx is H-10" W-16 15/16" D-12 9/16" In the two bottem drawers I have 62 858 cigars in each drawer. The top drawer is deeper, I have 93 cigars in it. The top drawer holds the Oshkosh humidifier. That other site does not call theirs a Napolean its called a Tampa Humidor Exclusive. The one that I have does regulate the humidity very good. the only humidor i have that will not maintain 70% humidity is a glass top. i don't know if that is true about all glass tops, but i would never buy another one again.

Ditto good old Penguin.
Love drawers but most glass tops seem to take a bit more attention.

The Humidors look the same. I was wondering why Penguin said the Napolean only holds 75 cigars. I just got Cigar International Hoilday issue. I was looking at it and found the Napoleon Humidor in it. The Napoleon is only 13"x10"x8.25". The Humidor that I have is 16 15/16"x10"x12 9/16". I have 217 cigars in mine. Same picture different Humidors.
