Is this in front of the US Congress? I do not find a record of this bill.

I think I have recently heard about this or something similar but I thought it was only being proposed in (you guessed it) California, the home of the nutballs (No offense Slim, Jim, and anyone else who resides there)..Sorry..Maybe I should've transferred this thread or my comments to the Political Board...LOL

I got out of Taxifornia as fast as I could! Not only does the state add a 33% tobacco tax; smoking in bars was banned in 1998. I left in '99. The "Peoples Republic of California" continues to circle the drain....
