Hey everyone
This site is great and has TONS of good info on it. I'm really new to cigars and getting in over my head (almost). Im a college student looking for a job and as such I have a very scant budget for stogies. I do have lots of live music cds (all legal and acceptable with the bands) that I'd like to offer for trades. I have many Dave Matthews, OAR, String Cheese, Mraz, etc. for trade. Also if theres any college students that have any cigar info from a college level please let me know.

I too am a college student, but manage to scrape a bit of money up to keep my cigar habit going. Anyway what kind of cigars you lookin for, I might be interested in some of your dave live if you have stuff i dont.

There were some threads on here of a college cigar club in Iowa that were pretty good, but they went dormant.

I want the web address for the X-10 in the ZTA house myself.

Welcome, I am about to be a college grad myself. Best things i can tell ya dont go out and buy the most pricy cigars off the bat, start with the low cost cigars and see what you like AKA stong mild. Try to buy samplers here they are a very good price and great cigars. So cigars to try that are great price and are a great smoke are Torano line and the CAO line and now good bang for your buck the Romeo and Julieta line. I can also say never settle on a smoke if you love it and know that you do, put them away and still try other cigars to try as many cigars that you can. Try many diffent drinks with you cigar, dark and light beers, my fav. coffee, Rums, wines, mixed drinks what ever you think you like it sometimes gets better with a great cigar. So thing else try to, have some of your good friends to smoke with ya, good friends always makes smoking a cigar bettter. OH, never let other people tell you if a cigar is good or bad. Dont think that a cigar is good just cause it is cuban or really expensive judge cigars for yourself.

Thanks for all the responses guys.
I'm starting my 4th semesetr as a business major at Tennessee Tech Univ. Its not a tiny school but not huge either.
Since I'm still new I'm not really sure what I *don't like* yet. I've tried the Ambrosia Mother earth, Mx2, Kahlua, CAO Gold and a Cusano p1. I tried a cusano corojo... no thanks. Too strong for me, kinda harsh taste. The CAO was really good and the Ambrosia was sweet. I really like mild flavors and I'm a big fan of flavors such as chocolate, coffee, caramel, and other sweet flavors.
I *unfortunately* don't have a complete list of my concerts but if you're looking for a specific date(s) just let me know. If not Im sure we can work something out.
