I've been to a farm in Washington state where crop circles, for the lack of a better word, happend. I've seen them up close and they truly are bizarre. I don't think they are made by aliens or by kids or by human hands. My theory is that they are made by some type of device being used by people. I think that this device is currently being used for another purpose but the crop circle thing is a way to keep people guessing. Maybe a practicle joke. But I do not think that someone or thing "out there" is trying to communicate with us. There are better ways of communication beside writing in someones crop. All IMHO

C'mon guys, it's not (contrary to poular belief) rocket science. You take a 4x8 piece of plywood with a loop of rope tied to one edge. Lay it on the target crop, step on the wood. Use the rope to lift the wood, move forward and repeat until you complete your design. The designs can be very intricate. It's amazing what 10 college juniors can do in one night.

I'd like to believe that what you describe was the case each time, but the one that I saw the stalks of the corn were not broken, more like bent. Plus this was so huge it would take many people hours to do. In addition there were no foot prints in the muddy dirt. It's weird... ooooOOOooo ooooOOOOoooo

Seen many pictures, watched a couple of well-done special TV features and read many comments and observations from people who own the farmlands and have seen these up close.

Other than a few clear copycat examples it is extraordinarily difficult for me to see how these possibly could have been created by human hands as pranks. Way too much precision with way too little evidence of human presence on the scene.

Pretty neat, but I still think it is man-made. It would take a lot more than bent wheat to convince me that we're being visited by aliens.

I refer to his "There is a sucker born every minute." quote. I'm not convinced that you believe this crap. Is it possible that you are setting us up? Ordinarily, your posts are quite insightful and evidence of an experienced, tongue-in-cheek, light-heartedly, cynical outlook,(except for your Bush obsession).

If these "aliens" are so intelligent, why don't they stop leaving silly, however pretty, designs and get in touch with us legitimatly.

Hell, WE'RE going to Mars to look for the most microscopic form of life. We don't even know if there is any. Yet we still try to make contact by finding some.

If they, (the aliens), can't see, or figure out how to communicate with us, they souldn't be zooming around the galaxy by themselves. They might smash into something. IMHO

maybe these ummm crop circles are an advanced alien language and they are communicating with us but we just haven't taken the time to try to decipher what they could be saying...btw I don't believe in aliens just thought I'd bring out a theory...LOL shrugs I'm a bit bored what can I say 😛
