A la Walmart. The box was under $3, maybe a couple of bucks for thick but resilient weatherstripping so the lid would seal better (it isn't airtight on its own), and perhaps $6 for the plastic trays that should eventually be replaced by cedar.

Wide and low to the ground, it fits under the bed. It's easier to explore and play in than a deep coolerdor.

It holds over 300, I know that for a fact. Don't bother looking for the contents' bands --- I'm not overly proud of what's in there (but I like most of them). It gets opened quite frequently, to "breathe".

Despite all the references in the forum to sweaterdors, the only pic I could find was one of Rickamaven's. It was perhaps twice as tall, and narrower, than this box. The two could be about the same capacity, but the low one is very easy to get around in.

It also takes advantage of stealth technology... it could give an edge to some of our "domestic combatants" out there.

I thought an underbedador was a labrador retriever that sleeps under your bed.. I got one of those have to push her out with a broom sometimes

what a great idea. i didn't see a humidifier, but i'm sure you have one. the weather stripping is another good idea.

i sleep on a waterbed so i use the sweaterboxs on the chest of drawers style.

you can put the tops and bottoms of 3 cigar boxes, if you feel the need for ceder. if you don't buy boxes of cigars, any cigar store will sell you ampty boxes for a few dollars.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER apologise for the brand of cigars you like. people go nuts over opus x's for $25.00+ and i am quite happy with a $2.00 DR cohiba or a $2.00 bohemian.

anyone that tells me the opus x is $23.00 better may be correct, but i don't think so.

Nice setup. Ricks correct be proud of your smokes. I got from .50 to 17.25 and I like em all. Of course I have alot more in the .50 range. Be proud of what you got.

Thanks, and I do feel that way about my cigars. I wasn't quite apologizing... just cautioning that the pic was for the UBador, and you shouldn't strain your eyes trying to read the labels. (Besides, if I DID happen to own any CI Mistakes, flaunting them would just be in poor taste.)
