What was the final you paid for it? I won one last week. Maybe I outbid you for that one? Should be delivered today. I think I over paid for it at 81 bucks, especially since I need to buy another one right now because I have 113 gars coming with it. Hope it is good quality. I might try to ebay it though. Maybe I will sell it for cost and include free 2-day air shipping, courtesy of work's FedEx account 🙂

Don't want to post the amount paid it was less than you paid. No big deal though, priced them at a few spots and the cheapest I found it was $125.00 and it retails for $250+. I looks reeeaallll nice.

CI has it for 106 I think. So I saved about 20%. Just got the shipment at work. A bunch of Acid, Naturals, CAO's, Ambrosia, and samplers. I think I am going to go play sick and go home early to smoke some gars ASAP. I opened the box and the smell got me all week in the knees. I am really pumped. Didnt open the humi yet. Got to say that everything was packaged really nice and all is intact. gars are nice and fresh. Have to rate my first shipment a 10 out of 10. Already won 3 orders for this weeks shipment.

Don't forget not to mix regular smokes with your acids. Also if you use your new humidor for acids,you will never be able to put regular smokes in it,due to the acid smell. X

Let me know what the humi looks like. I am pumped to get it. I got a 100ct and told myself that would have plenty of room but I'm up to 60 gars already and am winning bidder right now for another 20. Can you say bigger humi!!!

Thanks for the advice. I do keep my "botanicals" seperate from my others. I scored some ISOM and Graycliffs real cheap while I was at Atlantis on vaca and didnt want to take a chance. I think I am going to keep my humi and just use it for the Drew gars.

Can you say coolador? just bought 4 nice, 1/4 x 16 x 9 pieces of cedar for about $15 bucks. dont know if that was expensive or not, but what the heck. I got me a nice block of oasis for about a buck. All I need now is the cooler. I

The Acids and other cigars that have botanicals in them, (Lars, Naturals, Ambrosia, ect) give off a scent that can cause other cigars to smell like them or absorb the scent. I have two local shops that refuse to carry any of those kind of gars because of that reason. It is better to keep them seperate from the not scented ones.

Just went to the sweaterdor myself! $11 buys a BIG plastic box and 10 small trays for my singles. Emptied out my small oolidor, and my display humi, and put both hygrometers in there (one at each end) and my cigar oasis at one end, and my homade passive at the other I'll bet 500 cigars won't crowd this baby! RH already up to 63%

Just opened the Humi. It is beautiful. The only problem with it is that the inside lid, the pieces, are loose. The joints are not tight. I emailed Trish from customer service about a week ago and asked her the policy and she said if something was wrong with it, they would replace it. I dont know if this constitutes something wrong or not. I am wondering if I can just glue the joint and everything will be alright? Other than that, it is really a nice looking piece. It is a little darker than I expected but I think it looks much better that way. Let me know if your inside joint (the part that is supposed to make the seal) is loose. I'll let you know. Did it just look like some screws need to be tightened or was there a problem with the seal of the wood?

yeah let me know. no screws needed to be tightened. It was just the part on the lid that overlaps into the body of the humi to form a seal. the joints were loose. Hopefully it will not be a problem.

just like my cherry little gars - they maybe little but the cherry smell is HUGE lol - gonna throw them into a coolidor and air out the humi so i can put the good gars in that 🙂

Coolidors and Tupperdors are so much easier to keep the humidity stable. I think it's time buddy.
