PIB is pay it backwards...same concept as PIF, except backwards

pib=pay it backwards
you send cigars

then somebody sends you cigars.

You see the deal is that someone asks for free cigars. Then you answer with some of the finest cigars you could possibly come up with. Then its your turn to ask for free cigars. Now the receiver of the free cigars is not at all required to return the deed.

And that my friend is a PIB...

Oh I almost forgot. Once you ask for free cigars, you can not get back in for a full 30 days.
