has anybody recieved any cigars from this site with bettles in them? I just recieved an order of Aristoff's and 3 outa 5 had the buggers all in them, even ate through the celo.

i once got a batch of dry cohibas. call the customer service and they will respond to your satisfaction.

Ok so I cant spell, I did get with customer service though and man were they great about it. Full refund no questions asked. My next question is 2 of the five cigars dont apear to have any holes in them, does this mean there OK or are the "beetles" just hiding?
