Excuse me if I sound ignorant, but What the hell is an ISOM? Is it a cuban, cause thats what everybody seems to be referring to. Just wanna double check.

What cmuzz said. Importation and possession of ISOMs is currently prohibited under existing trade embargo laws so clearly no one in the US would have any of these:-)

Actually,
It's not the possession that is illegal it's the usage of American dollars to purchase any goods manufactured or processed in Cuba. However, if you had a friend in Cuba you would infact be able to have him send you as many cigars as you like. This would be legal.
