I love the idea of the Bday club, and would like to join one, unfortunately there's nothing open right now. Is anyone interested in starting another Bday club? B'day club lowdown

First you need to decide who is going to run it.

Then you need to decide:
1. How many people to let in - 12 is a good number but you can have 20 if you wish.
2. What the birthday package should consist of, number of cigars and the price range etc.

The person running the club collects the name, address, preferences etc of all the members and compiles it into a spreadsheet or a list of some sort, and then distributes said list the the members.

Its a good idea to email the members each month to remind them who they are sending cigars to that month.

Some people will end up taking months that are not their birthday, but thats still cool.

It's not hard to start one. I'll start one if there's a demand for it. Or we can just have another box pass in case people cannot commit a year into this. Let's see a show of hands here. 🙂

(I've participated and organized BP/B-day clubs at other boards, and I'm already thinking of hosting another BP at my "regular" board).

Okay, let's do it! I like the idea of just 12 members -1 per month.

Rule 1: 12 members, 1 per month.
Rule 2: Minimum of 6 premium cigars, and maximum of 12 cigars (to avoid serious bombing). If you really want a price tag, then it'd equal or above $60/box on other regular vendors.
Rule 3: You have to commit to this for an entire year.

We'll start from March of this year then. Sign up here for the month you want to join, and e-mail me with your shipping information.

My b-day is in April, so I'll take April (if there's someone else who has b-day on April, we can discuss about this).
