a big thank you is overdue to some BOTLs. sorry for being tardy with this, and thank you for your good words, thoughts and prayers.

these brothers hit me out of the blue with some VERY nice smokes last week. i am just blown away by the generosity, you guys, and can't thank you enough! it takes me awhile to retaliate, and i also can't apologize enough for THAT -- i just have little postage $ to spend each month, and i hate that it takes so long to strike back. i guess the consolation is that each of you will be hit when you REALLY least expect it? 🙂

i have been the recipient of so much generosity since i joined this board and another board i frequent. i got online there on 26 Dec and, thanks to my buddy Fudge found this place in early january. in less than 2 months i have been bombed to oblivion -- but while my mailbox is in shreds, my humidor's contents have multiplied considerably -- to the point that i've had to build 2 tuppadores and even 1 "file-ador" (plastic file storage case) to hold everything!

i've won a total of 25 cigars here on cbid, and i've bought a few sticks here and there locally. but the majority of smokes i have now, by far, have come from brothers like these 3 gentlemen. i have been bombed, PIFed, gifted and traded... my humi and heart are both overflowing with blessings.

i owe so much to so many of you...

again, please forgive me for being slow to retaliate; it's not because i don't want to. it's purely a matter of how much (or how little) i can spend each month on postage. that said, no matter HOW long it takes, you will -- each of you -- be bombed back.

now then. gotta go and whip out my notebook of target coordinates and add these excellent, generous brothers to the list of future retaliants! muahahahaha!

(did i mention i'm feeling much better today?) 🙂

i appreciate it guys, truly do. but please don't take my situation to mean that this guy won't hit you back -- i only mention it as the reason why it may take longer than it should. or perhaps i should just say "thanks for the GIFTS" --- and then just watch you smile when you open your "gifts" too. heh. 🙂

my wife, too, is just bowled over by this.

she said recently: "it makes me happy to see YOU so happy. i see how miserable you are so much of the time, and anything that brings you this much enjoyment is so nice. and it's so cool that these guys care enough about you to do this."
