What is happening here at the C-bid trade board ? I have been here only a couple of months. This is one of the finest post boards of all the cigar posting sites. Can we just, PLEASE, get all this baloney behind us, and get back to what this board is intended for, FUN and TRADING CIGARS. With all that goes on in the world, crime, disease, terrorism, I think a few minor disagreements can be swept under the rug, and let us all get back to trades and having a good time. "KoS"

I for one have demonstrated upmost BOTL here on C-bid
for over four years and I'm only trying to keep this
board clean of true BOTL/SOTL interactions.. As I'm
sure Slim would advocate if people that dont have pride and respect for this board dont speak up, the board will become a joke.. Since this board is not strickly monitored I beleive it is "our" duty to keep this board what it is meant to be by the "forum rules"..

I ask one simple question.. what are your true intentions interacting with this board.... enough

KoS, I got a few trades in progress right now, and don't want to get into any more until I get everybodys bombs off! I'm still waiting for my cbid order to come in, You guys wouldn't want me to send just what I have on hand! Not compared to what I have coming! But rest assured, I haven't forgotten anybody! King, after I get caught up, I'ld love to do a blind swap with you, but remember, I don't even pretend to be running with the dogs yet, so be gentle! LOL

It's a lesson to all to be sure.

IMO and experience, this is the way forums function. It's an interesting sociological experiment. **** like it is bound to happen sooner or later, I've been the one shaking with fury behind the keyboard on more than one occasion. It's not real fun.

Without firm, effective moderation the forum is left to self-police, when that happens childish antics escalate in a "lord of the flies" scenario that often snowballs way out of proportion to its actual relevance.

In the end it's not a big deal and is probably useful for shaking out the chaff, as it were.

Nothing to see here, move along.
