After more than a year of not bidding, I finally broke down and bid (and won) myself a box of Felipe Fat Boys for $37.00. I hope I can get back on the wagon and maybe even finish the smokes I won from 2002-2003.

Good Job man.

I've given myself a 6 month time out that I'm a month into (with a specific exception next month) by then I'll be ready to restock methinks.

I've had a number of these online buying addictions over the years. It's all about control and knowing the numbers.

Good luck

I havn't made any orders in about a month. Im gonna try and hold off another month or two, or even better untill summer when im working more instead of going to college. I keep seeing good deals on a few gars I really want though and its making it hard.

I have been reading the boards almost daily, enjoying what the new and old members submit. I have in the past year lost around 60 pounds. I wonder if there is any correlation to bidding and weight gain. However, based pictures of E-Chick (and another female member who's picture was removed a few months back), that study wouldn't be too accurate.

Oh yeah, I forgot. I have a lot of really bad gars that I bid on. Almost everything sounds good in the description.

HAH! Haven't seen any RECENT pics of me, have you? It's all under wraps!

Check out my post, "Are cigars fattening???"...

Yeah, and as for the addictive nature? I thought 3-5 times a week was norm...hell, I even do it several times a day if I feel the urge...How could you go 6 months or longer???

LOL!

That's the way, uh-huh, uh-huh I like it...Marla

We're talking about the addictive behavior of bidding right (not Smoking). Man it's tough to pass up a good deal. I was going to stop, then I found a line on 10 Hemi Signatures for under $60 including postage. and another deal here and another deal there....

To stop bidding for a year, I'd really need to go through hypnosis or something.

Marla, even under wraps you'll always be precious!!!

I'd think that, in order to stop bidding, you'd have to avoid the whole site completely, but that wasn't the case. I can't stay away though, I love the personalities here and I have yet to see another site like this where there has been great dialogue for so long. As for E-Chick. I have a way of remembering what someone looks like and always viewing them as looking that way. I am that way with my parents and other relatives so... when Marla posted that picture of her lighting up in that bikini, that's how I will always remember her!!

Geeezzzz I need help!!!!!! I've bid on lots every single day for the last 2 months, and I've won wayyyyy too many of them, but everyday they put up more lots and I put in more bids. I gotta stop soon before the wife kills me.

I wish I hadn't heard that theres a pic of E-Chick lightin' up in a bikini, now I'll be on a quest to find that 😉
