Hey guys. I got a guy I work with here that is getting pretty serious about cigars! He use to smoke the occassional cigar. As of late, I have been supplying him regularly with a good smoke...every few days. Now he finds himself with a few cigars on hand, and wanting to get more. He is looking a getting a small humidor, I have helping him find a good one. Then it hits me...man that's what this place is all about! So, I don't have a lot to offer trade wise, but hopefully I can come up with something to someone who has a small humidor to trade. You know....25+ or so? If interested email me

I don't mean to sound tacky, but I'm using an empty spanish cedar cigar box with a small humidifier in it to store a day or twos worth of gars in to reduce how many times I open my sweaterdors. If you don't have one, I might be able to send you one. That'll hook him up until he sees the futility of his ways and breaks down and gets a coolidor, or a sweaterdor! LOL

LOL...Clive you crack me up! At this point I am pretty sure he wants one of the regular ole actual humidor. Yeah I figure if he really wants to do something in a hurry, I'd hook him up with a little tupperdor, but he wants to go the regular route for now. I tried to tell him it's futile....just go big! LOL....that's ok, we all learn this way!! But thanks......I'll keep that in mind if nothing comes up.

I know how your friend feels. It's that whole cache of the humidor. I started out the same way. But I think the thing to do here, is take him to buy all the stuff for a tupperdor and convince him that this is how the pros do it. From what I've found, most serious cigar smokers have at least one tupperdor, coolidor, sweatador, etc., if not a lot of them. It's cheap, easy, and you can look at your smokes all the time.

I'm gonna hafta break down and get a new charger for my camera, and post pics of me and Liz' sweaterdors, and if enough of us do this, we can convince the real wet-behind-the-ears newbies (not the jaded ones like me!) that that's the way to go! LOL
