I recently Took a well needed vacation to florida. visit my folks in clearwater, do the disney thing with the family. So while i was there i decided to visit one of cigar internationals competitors. I truely was not impressed. The building was large, but the showroom was tiny. And the customer service, even smaller. Then I thought, maybe im not being fair, being i am used to doing business with cigar bid. The products were all over priced. The Customer service gentleman i spoke with, well lets just say he was not very helpful. When I told him I could get the same cigars for half the price, at cigar bid, he became defensive. I chose not to mention the name of this outfit. But I will say it is in tampa, and is on Hanger Court Street
