I rode a 7.2 mile trail the other day deep in the Pisgah National Forest. I attempted to cross a suspension bridge that was made for single travel while riding over the South Mills River which was 15 feet below. I almost went over the cable but managed to save me first then my bike. What a eye opener! Word to the wise.......hotdogging is for the young bastards who don't have much to live for. I learned my lesson. But what a damn fine story to tell. Thougt I would share my possible near catastrophe with you guys.

You might think about white water rafting as an alternative.Just kidding. Where's Pisgah Park?
