The LIBERALS judge productivity and success by how much money is SPENT on a program. They've always done it, and the American public buy it hook, line and sinker. Healthcare, environment, education, etc. They feel that if we spend MORE then it will get better. Why can't we measure productivity by the RESULTS? Why not streamline instead of spend more? Why not measure results and react rather than increase budgets? And guess what? When our great President suggests these ideals, the Dems fight him on it. And the LIBERAL MEDIA eat it up.

By the way, I am not suggesting that we shouldn't look to reduce military spending. I was merely pointing out that the money put towards the military produced real results. We should try using results rathter than expenditure as THE means to judge success. LIBERAL Democrats simply don't do that. Ever...
