Well, I leave in 10 days for a vacation at the beach, and I plan on making it a special one. I know that in the grand scheme of things, there's always unfortunate people and difficulties in society. . . . . that doesn't mean that I don't deserve to spoil myself for working hard. . . . I've had enough stress at work, and with purchasing my first house, to truly appreciate the time I'm going to spend away. I'm going to be spending 7 nights in Myrtle Beach, and am looking forward to sitting back each night and enjoying a fine smoke.

Here's what I've got lined up. Many thanks to the BOTL's who have supplied me with some of these smokes:

Ashton Cabinet #7

Torano Tribute Torp.

Cohiba Esplendido (ISOM)

Monte # 2 (ISOM)

Montecristo Platinum

Opus X

There's 6 quality smokes for 6 memorable evenings.

Does anyone have any suggestions for my seventh? I've got some of decent cigars, but want to make each night a special smoke, therefore only the best will do. There's 3 cigar shops in my neighborhood, more than willing to round out my collection. I just want to make it a good one, and would love to hear some suggestions. Just need some ideas (not a handout).

So, what should I get?

Thanks in advance for the advice,

Paul

1. PAM 1964 Torpedo

2. 858 SGrown

3. Diamond Crown Maximus

Those would be my 3, that aren't already mentioned on your list. I would substitute the Opus for the PAM.

Have a great trip!

Just my .02

When I left for a week I took enough gars that I could - if I wanted smoke 5 per day. I did not smoke that many but it gave me a large variety to choose from.

It's a nice list but what if on the third day you look and say man none of these are calling me or I wish I had a maddie or what if you feel like a breakfast or lunch smoke?

Thanks for the suggestions. . . . I am bringing some more from my "regular" stash, in case I get the urge to mix it up. . . .I usually won't smoke more than one a day, but what the heck, it's vacation. . . . I'm going to look for the PAM 1964, but not sure if they're available. . . I know they've got the DC Maximus locally, so that'll be my second choice. . . thanks everyone. .

good call on the mille.

Seth sounds like you need a PAM 64 won't make it by your vacation but for the help you gave I'll send one your way. It beats the DC max all to hell.

Tony, that's very generous of you. . . . . I had no intention of obtaining one that way, but the PAM would be a nice addition, and I cannot get them locally. . . I could send you something also. . . thanks
