Yeah but copying Dead shows isn't Illegal, it is a tradition (thank god) they even had a Tapers section at their shows to give the tapers a place to do it. Some of my favorite shows have audio of people dropping their lighter or calling to friends -LOL- Probably smart to be cautious about the others though.

I have some great live Dave Matthews, all perfectly LEGAL. They have a tapers section at their concerts as well...
