I know this is an old thread but I would really like to know how to get one of the hats with the yellow lettering on it. Can anyone let me know how I could come to own one of these. Actually I am interested in any CAO hat or shirt.

I think I have already sold it to CAO, I can't afford to smoke PAM's everyday, but CAO's....I have at least one everyday. They are my favorite all around cigars since I love so many different CAO's. Haven't had one yet that I didn't like.
