Hey Tony,
I always knew you were an April Fool. Have a Great Birthday. I would suggest a PSD#3 EL 2001. A brother on this board, who will remain nameless at his request, sent me one, a vacum packed, PSD#3 EL 2001, and it was awesome, I'll bet one that is not crushed, is even better. LOL Yes I have had one that wasn't crushed, just letting you know that the crushed one was great, as well. Another one of my favorite ELs, is the RyJ EL 2001 Robusto. Smooth Creamy goodness. The HdM Torp rocks, as does the Cohiba.
Hope you have a great Birthday.
Later

Lat minute line-up change

I decided to smoke the PSD #3 EL tonight since I had time. Wow, is there a finer smoke than this? Best ISOM I have had to this date.

Now my after work smoke will be a Siglo VI. A special one at that rolled by Master Roller – Trecedor - Reynaldo Gonzalez Jimmenez and sent to me by the legendary smithbw.

I never eat breakfast so the PSD #4 pretty much kicked my azz this morning. Screen is out of focus and I keep having typos.

I now have 531 lbs of Black Angus in my freezer. I'll wear out my grill this summer.

Happy B-day Tony. Sounds like you got your hands full with steak and gars. Now may I suggest a nice Cab to wash it all down.

Probably go with an oatmeal stout. I really haven't developed a taste for wine.

If it is a Sam Smith those are real tasty. Hey if you want a wine coach to walk you through the process I can help. But then that is just one more high $$$ habit you will end up feeding.
