For those of you who may be traveling to Spain and purchasing Cuban cigars for your trip, remember Cuban cigar prices are set by the Spanish government. Recently it was announced that the mandated retails for Cuban cigars have risen for most cigars. There are just a couple of exceptions. This, of course, does not apply to Cuban cigars purchased outside of Spain. One might assume that the rise in Cuban prices in Spain may also be reflected elsewhere.
