This is the cedar closet I converted to a Humidor...holds many upper end cigars, no dog rockets or yard gars allowed.
Stays between 60 to 65 RH.

Are hats better when stored between 60 to 65 RH?

Just kidding - very nice.

Charlie...is that standard cedar you are using? Planking or sheets? Humi/temp control? Just curious.

Actually, the PI's are IN the walls. He used them to better insulate the humidor. 🙂

It is standard closet cedar and I have a humidifier in there that keeps the room between 60 and 65%,,,,this winter I am gonna put in a hardwood floor in the humidor,,,,,,,hell, I converted a cedar closet...the wood is planking and it is finely sanded by previous owner.

there is a 3 pack of Puros Indios torpedos hidden in there just waiting for the appropriate target....they were slammed on me by t33bone the first time we met....LOL

standard closet cedar ....???

I am not positive, but I think that is a bad thing...

Must use spanish cedar or the like... that does not have an smell...

That smell will ruin your smokes.

But I am no expert.

No problem at all.........I would have installed Spanish cedar if I had built it myself, so make do with what is available.
