dodgers and giants this weekend? dang! I am going to be in the bay area over the weekend and a buddy and me were thinking about going to the game, but if the dodgers are in town, tickets will be hard to come by and I don't want to pay big money to see the two worst teams in california go head to head. I just wanted to be in that great stadium herfin away as I enjoy a hot dog, an eight dollar beer and watch the ocean and the game

Actually I grew up loving the Dodgers and hating the Giants. But then the LA blue traded Maury Wills and I became a GIANT fan Loved Willie Mays. Now to tell you the truth I dont follow baseball much, pro sports has gone over the cliff and I just can't stand the greed involved in the games.
And really a family friend got traded to the A's so I root for him to do well and them to win..... but if I took this One on!!!! 🙂

Well...was going to dump my Dodgers when Murdoch bought the team and basically killed the farm system and the Dodger organization as a whole...but have been a Dodger fan since i can remember...hopefully the new owner can revive the glory that is the Dodgers...

KNOF I just got into a arguement today. He said Barry I said Willie!! Barry is juiced Wille was just damn good!
I did not watch any of the series, like I said Pro sports has kinda soured me, But the LAKERS are on tonight !!!

Hey gorob23, if Barry is on the juice, don't you think the media would of found out by now? How long have they been talking about it, and he said to test him. In fact the tests have already bee taken. OOOOO BTW, did you see the news again last night, he (Barry) has only hit 7 homeruns in the last 6 games he has played in. Now you tell me that MLB is still letting him play if he is on the juice.

Do you know the difference between steroids and supplements? One is legal, that's it.
Beleive me, Barry isn't even taking the same supplements he use to. My seats are right behind him, and yes he is smaller this year, but the homeruns just keep going and going.

Now if you want to talk Barry or Willie, that will take about two smokes to debate. I saw Willie play some when I was younger, but have seen Barry at least 30 games a year since he has been a Giant, what he has done, and keeps doing is incredible. Barry is only getting the bad wrap, because of who he is. Ask the media why???
After last nights game his batting average is only .500
they keep pitching to him, and he keeps hitting them.
