I've had an oppurtunity to try alot of different cigars over the last few months and I have fallen in love with Toranos. I'm thinking abot a box of each, The Exodus 59, The Exodus silver, The Reserva select and I'm especially fond of the Signatures. My Question ... is there a difference in the flavor between the sizes..Toro, churchill, torp..etc? and if there is what are the best sizes? It is a big investment for me and I'm not that experienced.

Thanks for any advice.

Good question. I am pretty inexperienced as well, but from all of the reading I have been doing it seems like it does matter. I really like Robusto cigars (5x50) because I rarely have the time or the desire to take more than an hour to smoke a cigar. That being said, I had a CAO Brazilia Amazon awhile ago and it was great. I related this to this forum and I got responses such as: I liked the pirhana, or the GOL better. It must mean that size does matter to some extent. If you are looking to buy and the budget is tight, I would do a lot of research to see what most people think is best. That is what I have been doing and for the most part it worked out great.

Five packs, samplers, singles at your local and trades. Keep this up until you figure out what YOU like and then go for a box of your favorites. Shape can affect the body, burn, flavor, time, and cost of a cigar.

To answer your question, yes ... size does matter when it comes to cigars.

The larger the cigar and ring guage ... the cooler the smoke ... and the more tobacco they can put in the blend.

She'll tell you on both counts.
