Hey all---any advice on how I should store some Acids in my Humi? I've only got one humi, and i'm afraid they're gonna taint the rest (i';ve only got 4-5)

You may want to create a tupperdore... CI actually has a how to on their site. Or search here for it... You wouldn't want to put them in with your regular smokes. It would also taint the humidor.

Bongo, there is no safe way to store them in a humidor unless you can leave them in there own box. The aroma's will seep through normal plastic baggies somehow. This information was supplies to our cigar club by the local area Drew Estates rep.

I bought a small desktop humi for the small amount that I have.

Yep don't store them with your others. I got one of those plastic jar humidors and that worked good (until It got filled up). Now I've got them in a tupperdore.

Agree with Hockeydad...but if you like them, certainly keep them in a seperate humidor.

For ACIDs and Ambrosia a tupperdor is the way to go. NATURALs and Industrial Press can go with your regular cigars.

If you use a wooden humidor for the ACIDs or Ambrosias that humi will now belong to those brands (ie. the smell won't come out of the wood for a LONG time, if ever). The same applies for the humidification device you choose to use.

Hope that helps.

LOL! I have a Thompson Colossal 250 count humi that handles all my imbued, flavored stuff. The only things that will ever go in that humi are Drew, Lars, CAO Flavours, etc.

Then I have two cooleradors and a Thompson Oxford 600 Count humi that handles all my "regular" stuff.

I would encourage you to buy one of the cheap $15 humis from CBid and fill it with your flavoured stuff.

Cheers,
