HDK:

You have to live somewhere out West, or in the South. Us folks in the North East have only heard of BBQ grills like that. Man I've gotta get me one of them!

I smoke and smoke a lot! I have a competition bbq team that cooks all over. Just love to sit out late at night and enjoy my Excalibers and 5 Vegas!!!

Watch for us on FoodTV coming up... Team name is "Smokin' in the Dark"

You people could learn something about cooking on a grill or smoker from this picture. Note that there is not a poker for turning meat anywhere insight. Please dont invite me to a cookout at your house and let me see you useing a poker to turn steaks, hotlinks or any meat for that matter. Juice is your friend. Keep it in the meat by not poking around on it. That's all

Hey Phil,
Great to be able to put a person with the name.
I have the same smoker. They work great don't they??
I have mine smoking a 15 lbs Ham, as I type this. Using a mixture of Hickory, and cherry wood.
Have a great Day.

Dave (A.K.A. Homebrew)
P.S. I am burning a PSD#4 while I am cooking, along with a nice oatmeal stout.
