The trolls are called Pickadillys. If you look real close you will see they are picking their nose, ear, bellybutton and crack of a$$.

Mesquite and Hickory are my favorite woods since they are easily available. For the meat it would have to be Pork. Whole Pork rib sides especially. What about everyone else?

Kinda risky having it boardered by your house and a wood fence. Not worried about setting either one ablaze?

Nice Smoker,
I have the same one.
Great job, on the patio. For Pork ribs, the best wood, is Hickory. Mesquite is better for beef.

GB, I was setting the grass on fire in the winter and that scared me. That is why I made the pad. Under proper conditions the fire-box will never get that hot.

Also being on the East side of the house it is pretty well out of the fricking winds we have here in Kansas.
