Thanks everybody... I'm just glad it's over. Or almost.
I was told today I have to meet a General in the morning for some congrats. Yikes! I attended here at Peterson AFB in Colorado Springs. Kind of nice because I live here on base. A small piece of contraband broke out in flames last night in celebration. Thanks to Gamelover for that one.

AJ, Congrats that is great news!!!!

and don't sweat the small stuff... most Generals I've met.. and that has been many.. have been in the game long enough they "Understand" the situation... remember to be peak. stick to one line answers begining off with well Sir or in short all together a simple, Yes Sir, keep away from dialog and much as possible give them deep interest with facial expresions led with smiles. and share a non contraband cigar with him prior to departing with an offer if he would like one to help you enjoy your celebrations??

let him feel you out and at the same time do the same.. most Generals and full birds love to get away from the military issue's and shine a homely feeling with a possible joke or something off the wall.

Again Congrats on the Promotion and Thank You for your Service!!!!

Congrats on the award and the promotion! I had the honor of meeting Sgt Levitow a few years back (97 or 98) when I was stationed at Dover AFB. Very interesting guy. You could tell he never really wanted the recognition he received, especially years later. It was almost like he was embarrassed by it.
It's so good to see all the military (and former military like myself) folks on here. Thanks to all of you.

Congrats and many thanks for your service.

I can't begin to understand what kind of accomplishment this must be since I am military illiterate. But I'm very thankful for your committment and all those committed to preserving my freedom.

Many blessings to you and your family.

Thanks again... Russ the meeting went well and I walked away with one of his coins. So that was cool. ksinger my supervisor met him as well a few years back and he said the same thing.
