What a great weekend!! Crabbylane and I headed up to Portland for a BBQ and herf with the boys up there in the East County Cigar Club. What a great bunch of guys! They had a authentic "Texas" style BBQ (thanks Scott) at Maui's house. Smoked some great cigars, joined their club, got some great cigars! Best cigar of the night Friday was a awesome Torano 1916. Man I am really falling in love with those! Rick and I spent the night in Maui's basement next to his humidors. Before we went to bed, he showed us all the smokes in his humi's. I'm pretty sure he was counting them! LOL. (he'll never know) Then had a couple great Partagas Isom's on his deck with some "killer beans" coffee in the morning! Wow! My first party short.....I like those a lot! So with some nice parting gifts Maui sends us off Saturday morning, quick stop for breakfast and head up to Seattle to herf with the boys up there. Smoked a Padron 2000 on the way up. We showed up at McCormick & Schmicks Haborside bar....what a great place to kick back and enjoy some cigars!! When 4pm hits, it is happy hour till 6 and you can get bar food for $1.95 each! Had a great cheeseburger and a quesadilla! Johnfs was there when we showed up, with Kazma (Larry) showing up right after we got there. Smelly came in shortly there after and joined the party! Smokes were flying and I don't mean being smoked, they were practiclly jumping from humi to humi. (I should have brought a bigger humidor!) I fired up a nice tasting IT Cameroon Legend Maduro to start, not sure what I had after that because the Partagas Corona (Or Lucy as smelly called it) took up the rest of the afternoon! Whoa...what a great smoke! About half way through my quesadilla came and I set it down to eat that. Fired it up again afterwards and was just about done later when my burger showed up. I let that burger sit cause I wasn't letting go. Finally after nubbing it on the clip, I ate the burger. When I got done eating that, I kept looking at that nub on the clip...hmm, I'm thinking I could get a few more tokes on that baby. So I fired it up one more time....yep....just as good as before! Smelly I think got a pretty good pic of that. Larry kept pushing his humi in front of me and forcing me to take cigars. John just handed me some....jeezy peezy! I left with more than I started with and smoked a bunch in between. It was great herfin' with all these guys this weekend...met some awesome people! Finished off the weekend on the drive back to Eugene by firing up a PAN! Mmmm....what a great weekend. Hoping to be able to head north and do that again!

Insanity meets insanity. That was a good line up smokes happening. Dave and crabby are quite fine people, my hats off to crabbylane taking care of six kids.

That was a lot of road time you spent, thanks for coming up.

I had a great time, and Pictures Have Been Submitted....so keep your eyes peeled to the Picture Post.

What a blast that herf was.....I couldn't have had a better time, and it was Great meeting Crabbylane and Dave. Great cigars were passed and torched, and overall the day was relaxing one to say the least.

I smoked a Cohiba Robusto from 2003 that was Incredible, and followed it up with a PSD3 that was so-so. Very tight draw.

I can't wait to make the 3 hour trek South for a Portland Herf.

Thank You Everyone for the great smokes!!!!
