On the 5th of July, I won an auction for 25 Don Diego Royal Palm Tubos. My shipment was also to include an earlier winning selection from that week. They shipped the earlier auction, but not the box of 25. I checked the CI site and lo and behold, the same cigars were on sale, but at a much higher retail sale price than I bid on auction. They only listed 2 on auction. Seems to me if you list something for auction, you HAVE TO HAVE IT TO SELL. That's only fair. The customer service offered no explanation when I wrote them. I haf to write them 3 times to get a answer, usually not the case for C-Bid. I think selling already sold cigars is low rent. But I'll suck it up just to get the opportunity to find good deals as I do on occasion here at C-Bid. Anyone else out there get short shipped?

Back order? When one, nicely, CALLS up cbid, they usually give the buyer some options. Customer service has been very good to excellent for me.

BTW trash talking the host will not carry you very far unless you want others laugh at you.

I think if you are nice they will send the stink'n gars you won when they come in, if they sent them and they got lost in the mail they then send you some the next time they come in, or ask for your money and they will more than willing to give it back. count your blessings the gars that you are talking about, not that good anyways...

I had some pimp sticks that 2/5 were damaged, after a polite email, they took care of it immediately. I think the customer service here is great, I couldn't have asked for anything more. John L

Try calling customer service! The folks there are first rate, and having met several of them at Cigar Fest, They are great folks. This is not the way to get results, as they do not closely monitor these boards, and trust us regulars to prttey much police ourselvess and "raise up" the newbies right :^) If you get in touch with Trish or Steve they'll straighten your situation right out so fast you won't even know what happened!

I don't care when my back ordered winning bids come in, as long as I get them.......and hey, they send them postage free by U.S. Mail.....I love cbid

chieft2.....you are right. Cbid really sucks and you will probably never get your cigars. As a matter of fact...everyone on this board...are a$$hole$!

Really...you should run as fast as you can to another site and never look back. There's got to be hundreds of other on-line places that are better than cbid.

I don't know what to tell you but I had some astons missing from my order and I called them and in 6 days I had replacements at my door. So the customer service here is great. You should suck it up and order some gars that are worth it.
