I tell you what, since this is my deal I decide...if you're gonna thread jack at least make a donation to the cause...if aforementioned player has done anyone wrong in the last several Nascar Pool's he has been in believe me they would let me know. I have to second Goody. Whatever on other threads is on other threads. I have made several dealings with the gentleman and he has always been a upfront and generous. If he wants to play in this race I personally would be pleased to have him involved. If you don't like it or have a problem with it. As Goody says BUH BYE

Many of us would not choose to deal with someone who has screwed over other people and not been penitent about it.
