Just wondering...with the new "race to the finish" rule, which I like, will the pits be open or closed?

Thats a great question.... I went to look for it but they don't even talk about it.. I would guess on a yellow they would be able to pit but under a RED you wouldn't be able to...

Guess we will all find out.

But sometimes they open the pits during a yellow and sometimes they don't. If they do open the pits then there's not really a fuel concern at the end. I am not that well versed in the rules but I love watching it!

as i understand new green white checkerd ther will be no more red flag use at end of race. Possible for bad wrech but not at end. There will be a open pit before restart should take a least two laps under yellow and then a restart. Once white flag has been taken there will not be a green white checkerd restart. Man I could win number 3 pick and then got two picks in the ROUSH FORD qualifing area. Could be fun. GOOD LUCK!
