OK all you LIBERALS. All of those that were opposed to the tax cut and rebate. I want to see you pay it back to the government so they can pay down the national debt. C'mon, you hypocritical loud mouths, when you recieve your check you should either Not cash it, or mail it back to Uncle Sam and request to have it go directly towards the debt. Oh, and thank you.

we all better save it. it's not a rebate, it's an advance on next years return. it will be deducted from any refund we might expect next year. remember you heard it here first.

wow that rebate, er loan, wouldn't buy a good box of cigars. Get off the party line and talk about how much cash you lost in the market last year. Or maybe you could talk about the greatest market surge this countries ever seen during the previous eight years. I had to pay alot of taxes those years on capital gains. I'm deducting my losses this year. Sorry that wonderful politically motivated patch to a sinking economy won't fly with me.

Joe, are you suggesting that Bush was able to dismantle the Stock Market in his first two months in office? Or should we realize two things: 1. The market cycles. and 2. Clinton created a huge mess on his way out. The pardons were merely a smoke screen.

Joedayan, you need to ease up on the GWB bashing and think about the way you were quick to lay the blame on the stock market on a man who just took office! I agree with Gater lay the blame where it belongs, on your hero, Bubba! Charlie PS You can send me your $300 and I will buy several great boxes of cigars with the money.

The leanings of the stock market are based on consumer confidence, which Bush does not inspire. Bush has done nothing but talk down the economy since he took office.

I am sure that his month-long vacation will help things out allot though.

We will need to save this money to help us through the tough times that Bush is bringing. Those that are "down-sized" will also need the programs that the democrats make possible.

Hopefully you never need a govt grant for college, public roads, medicare, medicade or unemployment insurance. I am sure if you are denied treatment by an HMO and suffer because of it you will decline to hold them accountable. Surely you will not be visiting any of our Americas great national parks or monuments.

Uncle, you have finally succumbed to the Scare Tactics employed by Liberal Democrats for years. You're no better than the life insurance salesman who starts his pitch with "Some day, you're going to die..."
