The weather round these here parts is supposed to be just beautiful for the forseeable future. Upper 70's and partly sunny, this is the one time of year that you can walk the streets of Bethlehem with a nice tall frosty beer (Mmmmmmmm, beer) and not get nailed by the coppers.

Is anyone going???

In attendance this year:

Alice Cooper

Peter Frampton

Crosby, Stills and Nash

That Clay somethin dude from that overrated show on FOX

and a host of others

Damn, that reads like a commercial...sorry bout that!

I tried to throw out a customer because he said I looked like Clay Aiken. Were you there?

Nahh, missed that one. Although just the thought of you tossing someone out who is almost certainly bigger than you is quite funny!

Hey, who's picking up the Guinness???

Check out Alice Cooper. We saw him (actually played befor him on a different stage) in Beloit, WI (home of his current drummer) a few weeks ago. He put on a very good show. His daughter Calico even made an appearance.

Damnit, now you made me want Guinness. I dunno who's grabbing the Guinness but Steph said she would make us rice krispie treats.

And best of all, this may be the first MusikFest we don't see rain, you gotta love that.

Greg I am sorry you can't make it. We need to get a small herf together sometime after MusikFest. You bring the Guinness, I'll cover the matches 😉

Speaking of matches... see other post...

A Bethlem herf would be nice... either at the Brew Pub or in the park again (as long as it's not raining)

Low

Can't wait to grab one of Trish's Jigglers... again !!

There are some other great restaurants real close by that we can explore, too. Cigar friendly, great food, and great atmosphere.

How about a bit more of a "high-end" herf and we hit up the Federal Grille in Allentown?

http://www.federalgrill.com/

No worries on not spelling Bethlehem correctly. Most of the locals have difficulty pronouncing all 3 syllables anyway. And, with MusikFest here most people wind up not knowing where they are anyway!

Federal is the exact restaurant I was thinking of as I wrote that reply. Then I got hungry thinking about the 3lb hunk of chocolate cake.

That is definitely a herf worth planning!

By the way B, I can't wait to get to the store. Out in the sun smokin some fresh-rolleds!

Better question. Who's bringing my damn Guinness bar towel that I've been waiting 10 months for?

Can't you guys just "TALK" to each other in the office???
SteveR@CigarBid
Friday, August 6, 2004 10:18:00 AM
No, we'd have to take all the cigars out of our mouths.
