I have the opportunity to pick up a cabinet of the Petit Coronas and have been advised they have a box code of KKM Mar 04. I understand the Mar 04 part but does anyone know what factory is represented by KKM??

Any help will be appreciated.

The factories have been changing codes every few months to prevent peolpe only buying from a perticular factory. It's hard to keep track. At this point, it seems that many people don't really care as much about factory codes anymore... mainly the dates.

I'm not sure how the '04 PL's are smoking... maybe someone else can help with that.

The word is that production of the PL pc's was discontinued in '02(date?). evidently there were still some laying around that were boxed this year. I have not heard from or seen a post by anyone that has smoked them. Either they are older than the code(when they were boxed) or because of the demand still existing, something else boxed as PLs. The last is pure suppostion on my part.

I asked a number of ISOM retailers via email the story on Por Larranaga production and got the same response from all of them. They are still in production but in very limited quantities and none of the production is going to Europe. It is all going to the Pacific Rim which includes Australia, New Zealand and Asia. I fell confident of my information as it has been repeated not only by retailers in Australia but also by my normal supplier (who can no longer get them) in Switzerland.

Guess I'll just buy 'em and give a review here of how they smoke.
