How far down to you get with the cigar?
the cheap ones i smoke most of the time to half size.
the good ones i smoke as long they dont get to harsch
plus i nearly never relite a already used cigar.
the 1 dollar cigars i use for short smokes like 15-20
minutes ,i am just wondering how your smoking habits are. eom

bad shot at golf or a bad roll of the dice at the casino and no matter what I'm smoking gets stomped to little bits. Usally during more sane moments I will smoke them down low. If they go out and i relight in fivve to ten minutes I'll keep smoking them. If they're out longer than that they're toast. If they aren't any good they get the window, I will usally give them at least half way down to make that determination. But some you just know suck and you can toss them immediately. I like to kinda chew them a bit so they usually go out before I BURN MY LIPS. i smoke 3-4-5 cigars a day depending on my activities. there, that should exhaust the subject

Smoke 1 to 2 a day during week and 3 or so a day on weekend. I smoke them to where if I had a big enough roach clip, I would use it! The great cigars should be enjoyed and not used on golf course or in back yard "honey dos". I like the heftier cigars, Robustos, Perfectos, Torpedos and they generally go for 45 minutes plus! Hey Charlie - great cigars not "used" on the golf course???? The golf course is the main stage for a great cigar. Chunk one in the water - no problem - I've got a Padron 4000 waiting for me! Tee ball O.B. - time for a Don Carlos!!! Hole in one - VSG's all around!!!

i use a roach clip. something out of my past i guess.

Maduros. short. 4.5--5.5. 50+ rings. I don't sit still long enough to spend an hour smoking, so sometime I come back later to finish. Then again one fav place to smoke is the club. $1.50 1/2 litre german beers and Perdomos or short stories.

Oh, and I find the smell of the incense mixes well with the aroma of th cigar. 🙂

Really good ones burn my fingers & lips.. there have been only a few that I have tossed because there "Dog Rockets" I must be getting better at them because haven't had to toss one away in quite awhile now..
as far as the habits go I like a good Cigar with coffee
Some weekends in the am this way.. and at least one or possibly two an evening.. While Mowing I burn up my cheapo Fav's Which I see are not so cheap any longer...
"Cinco 5 Vegas" or La-Luna LHB's is another quick one for me..

Nothing like a mellow cigar in the morning with a hot cup of coffee - Montecristos are a fave! In the evening, after a good dinner, life doesn't get any better than sitting in the back yard with a glass of Port and a CAO L'Anniversaire Cameroon, or maybe a brandy and an AVO Domaine. Ah, life is good!

I have learned that when discarding a dog rocket, not to try and throw it so far. You usually end up covered in ash and cinders! Merely underhand the pile o crap cursing it mercilessly till you light something good. A mild smoke in the morning with the blackest of coffee, usually two at night with a good beer, no domestic swill.
