I purchased a box of Camacho Legends cigars and have found them to be an excellent smoke. However on 50% of them that I have smoked the wrapper has literally fallen apart during the smoke. I have placed them all together in the humidore and have cared for them as I would any cigar. Has anyone else experienced this??

I smoked many out of my box of Camacho Legends and have not had any problems. In fact, I just won a second box of these DR's, and can hardly wait for them to arrive. I'm down to my last three from the first box.

Not with this gar but I have had similar problems when the wrapper was dry and the filler was not. This was accompanied by hot windy days. It seems very odd that they all were in the same box.

Wow,

Good customer service from not only the vendor but the manufacturer. No wonder I buy here.

As BDS and I just got back from our Thursday lunch herf, we both enjoyed a Camacho Legend, and low and behold my wrapper did unwrap as I smoked it towards the head. I think I know what happened, and I was mistaken earlier when I said it hasn't happened. Well today when I removed the label, I noticed that the band is glued straight to the wrapper. As I unbanded it, very carefully may I say, they all unband with ease, but unfortunately the glue pulled some of the wrapper off too, allowing some unwrapping to occur as I smoked further and further. The smokes have been stored in a humi with 65% beads too.

Christian,

I have a humidor that holds approximately 200 cigars.

I have not experienced this problem with any other cigar. But I do want you to know that this Camacho Legends series is an excellent smoke. My posting was to discover if anyone else was having the same problem that I had. Thank you for expressing concern.

Smoked my first one yesterday and the band also stuck to the wrapper tearing a hole in the wrapper as I removed it. I just smoked it with my finger covering the hole. btw...excellent smoke!!

I too had a camacho Legend that the wrapper came off on me too. I posted about his about a month ago. I was at a golf outing when this happened to me within 10 minn of lighting it up. I got so fustrated that I put it down and walked away from it and left it at the tee box to the 3rd hole.

These comments are very important to us. Sometimes there is a batch rolled by the same roller where if he makes the mistake once, he will make it over and over. Whenever they get a new wrapper, they have problems getting used to them.

However, if this problem persists, please keep posting and we will take care of you. Never be afraid to post your comments, quite the contrary.

Thank you for taking the time.
