Perfect physical specimens. Vollyball is very much a "whole body" work out.

I played beach volleyball on a two man team in Hermosa Beach in 1983-1984. We would practice at least 2 hours a day. Except for swimming, I could never duplicate the serious workout level that you get from beach volleyball.

Those ladies have about 10 years of practice on me and it shows.

Man oh man. . . . . . 1 clench of those cheeks would snap my nose clean off. . . . . and I have a pretty big nose. . . .
