Great kick off! Is the interior varnished? I know Davidoff did that before.

All crappy cigars, Shiloh. Just send them to me now to make room for the good stuff, like Bad Frogs and Lone Wolf. No need to thank me.

echo4alpha,
I already have a furniture craftsman-friend making me new unvarnished shelves.

Shiloh,

Cool! Update us from time to time on how the RH holds. I've always been curious how that works with varnished interiors.

The unvarnished shelves will definitely help regulate RH. Stunning humidor you have! Great smokes too! Enjoy!

Shiloh is an odd moniker where did it originate?

My guess is Shiloh is a Civil War re-enactor. I think Sharps was a rifle used in the conflict.

I have been known to be wrong on occasion however.

You're right, the Sharps 45-110 was used in the Civil War. It fired a hell of a round too. It can kill an elephant or a Mack truck! Sort of todays equivilant to the Barret or McMillan .50.
