I have "overbid" on lots before. You know, you get so excited and in I-have-to-win mode and bid more than you wanted or intended. Today was a new low, however. I bid on the wrong lot.

I thought I was bidding on a box of 10 Cuesta Rey Centro Finos #9 torps but they were really CR Centenario Maduro #9s. First time I have done that.

I am soooo stupid.

Oh well, at least they were maduros. Sigh.

Slim, of course you are right. I guess the problem was while bidding on the wrong lot I also paid more than I should have for the Centinarios.

So I overbid AND I bought the wrong cigars.
