AVB,I'm a scotch drinker,so the reviews make XLNT read. I noticed you didn't have Lagavulin 16 lised. Whatcha think of it? BTW,I blend my own scotch,which is probably heresy to you but I likes the blend I make. X

I review the Scotch in my collection based on a rather convoluted voting system by the members of CP. I have the Lagavulin 16 but it just hasn’t been the lucky one to come up yet. I do like it but beyond that I prefer to hold my comments until I post one of my small reviews. If I can last long enough I figure I’ll get to 80 or 90 reviews before I’m done.

I've actually thought of blending my own but really didn't want to waste any in case it turned out poorly. I do have some blends reviewed with more to come in the future.

I know the Bowmore 40 is a small fortune ($6-7,000) but I don't know of a Bowmore 50 that was ever released. I do have a Glenlivet 50 that was quite a bit more affordable.
