Has anyone else tried these? I just bought a 5-pack of the robustos. Considering the pedigree, my expectations were high. The cigar looks good and appears to be well-constructed, with an easy draw and a slow burn. The 2 I smoked, however, seemed harsh and both had an eneven burn. Do these just need to be aged???

I say yes. Let them sit a while and the quality foot smell will arrive. Just kidding. I had one two nights ago and no harshness and a rich velvety smoke with a lightly nutty taste. Patience.

I "won" 10 of the Robustos in bidding and have smoked a couple of them, nothing outstanding! They are pretty good looking sticks, but if I had paid what they were selling for a year or so ago, I would have complained. I got them for $12 which makes them ok! Age them and they should improve! Nothing like AVO's though! Charlie

There is nothing wrong with a quality foot smell in a well built cigar.
